Full Day or Hourly Rental – Venue is available from 9:00am – 9:00pm; all events must end by 9:00pm due to sound ordinances and respect for our neighbors
- Sunday – Thursday: $300/hour – minimum 3 hours; full-day rental $3500
- Friday – Saturday: $400/hour – minimum 3 hours; full-day rental $4000
- $1000 fully-refundable cleaning deposit due on day of event
- Additional event insurance required
- Donation-based rates: all fees are donated directly to Chicks in Crisis and are tax-deductible (Tax ID #94-3371317)
- 50% deposit required within 7 days of signed contract in order to hold venue date

- One ADA accessible and one regular portable toilet
- Parking for up to 50 cars (on property; additional parking available next door)
- Newly remodeled barn – seating for up to 50 inside
- Heaters available for additional $25 each
- Barbecue available for use – additional $25
